After beginning our kitchen remodel project in mid-July, it is nearly completed. Here are some pix:

WOW! That looks so good! Pick the next wall you want to knock down/remodel project you want to do, and I'll buy a plane ticket so you can get started :)
ha!? I think we will be taking a break from projects for a while...our brains need to refresh/reform/recalibrate. but thanks, we really enjoy the new space. it is great.
